Welcome to my website. My name’s Jess Parkinson, and I’m a yoga instructor, personal trainer and West End performer. Health and fitness have always been a huge part of my life, and I am so grateful that I’ve been able to pursue these passions alongside my performance career.

I am a qualified instructor in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, a Level 3 Personal Trainer, and I also trained in Musical Theatre at the Royal Academy of Music, so I’m ideally placed to help performers and non-performers alike use yoga and fitness to enhance their professional practice and well-being.
